image1aProject Designer LeAndre Davishad the pleasure of meeting Chef Laurine a few years back when a call went out for a creative and knowledgeable commercial kitchen designer. When Davis answered the call, it was mutual admiration at first sight, one thathas nurtured into a beautiful business relationship. LeAndre Davis and Principal Engineer, Harold Howell, had the wonderful opportunity to design a Commercial Kitchen and Event space for Left Coast Catering, a company that believes that “sustainable” is not just a catchword but also a way of doing business – sustainability in everything theydo, from their buying practices to their employees and long-term relationships with valued clients. Laurine is an accomplished and knowledgeable chef, as multifaceted and adaptable as the cookbooks that line the shelves of her home, and her entrepreneurial spirit is eclipsed only by her ability to bring people together in comfortable settings and with great food. At the Left Coast kitchen, a state of the art, 5000 square foot facility, designed by Principal Designer LeAndre Davis and Principal Engineer Harold Howell,  it’s the food that brings everybody together, and Laurine is at the center of it all, doing what she knows, doing what she loves, and there’s no place she’d rather be.
